It is meant to enhance the current abilities in instructional design of learning creators. Highly theoretical, it is delivered in a conversational, lighthearted and interactive fashion, and presumes that the attendees are minimally familiar with learning principles, and have some experience in learning design. The class focuses on:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"thim-list-content\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The instructional design methodology<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning and memory theory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adult learning principles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning design guidelines, including writing both learning objectives and content<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of media in eLearning<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS CLASS<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Training professionals of any industry that are looking to validate or enhance their understanding and their knowledge of the theory of learning design, with a focus on eLearning. Attendees can expect to increase their knowledge on learning theory and practice, as well as:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"thim-list-content\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leverage their abilities across all learning-related tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save costs by rendering learning experts more independent of agency involvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Better understand learner needs and guidelines when creating engaging online training<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b><strong>THE LEARNING OBJECTIVES OF THIS CLASS ARE:<\/strong><\/b><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"thim-list-content\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To summarize learning theory and to identify some of the relevant aspects to our practice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To describe the instructional design process when designing e-learning for adults.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To review global e-learning design guidelines and to discuss the types of media used and when they are applicable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Y<\/b><strong>OUR FACILITATOR:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em>Edouard Rotondo<\/em>, M. Ed, President &amp; Founder of Studio 7 Communications<\/p>\n<p>Edouard is an instructional designer with a master&#8217;s degree in educational technology and further graduate studies in management and marketing. Since 2004, he has led the transformation of Studio 7 into a corporate training leader, redefining the benchmark for quality and service in this market.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThis course is so very engaging and interactive. If <strong>we<\/strong> cancel because of a lack of registrations, your fee is fully refundable. Your cancellation within 48 hrs of the webinar (or absence) forfeits your entire registration fee.
